1. Introduction

Welcome to Globex Skywander Travel & Tours. By booking a tour package, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.
• The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the trip.
• Bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, transport, and other services.
• Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of booking.

3. Pricing Policy

• All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel tariffs, currency exchange rates, fuel charges, or government taxes.
• We maintain transparent pricing with no hidden charges; however, additional personal expenses are not included.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and supplier policies (airlines, hotels, etc.).
• Refund timelines depend on the service provider’s policies and may take 7–30 working days.
• Visa fees, travel insurance, and non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund.

5. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, permits, and other required documents.
• We are not liable for denied boarding, visa rejection, or entry restrictions due to incomplete documentation.

6. Changes & Modifications

• Any request for itinerary changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.
• Globex Skywander reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

7. Liability

• We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.

8. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.
• Any health conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

9. Force Majeure

Globex Skywander shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, pandemics, war, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
